 Terms & Conditions  

1. FREIGHT TERMS

  • We provide various freight terms based on variation of territories and other factors.  

  • For details of your freight terms, please contact our local sales representatives. 

 

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Net 30 for approved Customers.   

  • Credit card payment will have a 3% fee charged.

  • Accepted credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Applied on the day of shipment. 

  • No Partial payments or COD

  • We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s payment terms at any time.

 
3. ORDER & SHIPPING

  • Orders will be shipped within 5 business days with available stock.

  • Backorders will ship as product becomes available.

  • Add on items for a PO are permitted if the PO has not shipped.

  • Cancellation of backordered items must be received in writing and confirmed by Terracotta & Designs, LLC

  • Drop shipped orders will be charged a 3% handling fee.

 
4. DAMAGE/DEFECT 

  • Customers must inspect orders upon arrival for damage. Visible damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier.  Hidden damage must be reported within 90 days of invoice.  Pictures maybe requested before damaged merchandise can be returned.  

  • All claims must be sent to services@terracottalighting.com

  • One-year limited warranty to cover any functional defect.

 
5. CANCELLATION/RETURN

  • All cancellations or changes to orders must be sent via email to services@terracottalighting.com.

  • Only item(s) delivered within the last 90 days are eligible for return

  • All authorized returns for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

  • All returned products must never be installed or modified, and 100% complete in original factory carton

  • If return guidelines are not followed, credit will not be issued.

  • No cash refunds.  Replacement or credit memo will be issued. 

 
6. GOVERNING LAW

  • All illustrations and specifications in our catalog and web site are based on the latest product information available at the time of printing/publishing.  Terracotta Designs, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or closeout items without advance notice. Prices are subject to change; we do not make price adjustments for previous purchases. Descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors are subject to correction.  Content images of Terracotta Designs, LLC. are fully protected by copyright and are not to be reproduced in any manner without written permission

 
7. DISCLAIMER

  • Images shown on the website, within the catalogs or other media represent the product design only and should not be used as a color reference
